Customer's reviews
We would highly recommend Ian for any pest control. Having initially called him to report a problem, Ian was able to come for an inspection very quickly. Ian is extremely knowledgeable and he fully explained what the solution would be, including his next steps. Remedial work was carried out promptly with minimum disruption and everything was left as it had been - Ian gave excellent advice for future proofing the situation too. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout, which made the whole process easier to deal with. Thank you, Ian!

Had a rat in the loft, we made the mistake of putting our own poison down which killed the rat and left it rotting in the top of our wall above our bedroom. The stench was horrific and meant we couldn't use our bedroom with two weeks until Christmas.
Called Ian at PestEx, he came over next day, located the dead rat and found where it got in so I can block any future visitors.
Me and my wife can't thank you enough Ian, you literally saved our Christmas. Very much appreciate the help and advice on stopping any future issues.
Totally recommend PestEx for prefessional and friendly service at a good price. Also if you have a rodent get in do yourself a favour and go straight to the professionals. You don't want a dead animal somewhere you can't retrieve it. Thankfully we got lucky.

Thank you so much, Ian, for your excellent service. I highly recommend Ian — he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I was also really pleased that he managed to arrange an appointment for the very next day.
He spent a great deal of time carrying out a thorough inspection and managed to identify the root cause of the problem. I really appreciated his expertise, attention to detail and the time he took to explain everything. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you again, Ian!
